Annual Leave
Our staff can receive a competitive balance of as much as 38 days leave including public holidays, depending on length of service.

Our staff are enrolled onto a highly-competitive workplace pension scheme with a 7.5% employer contribution. If you are joining from the NHS, you may be eligible for membership in the NHS Superannuation Scheme.

Depending on length of service, Ayrshire Hospice staff can receive as much as 26 weeks full pay during times of sickness.
